'What's Your Secret?' $1,000 contest winner announced!
TORONTO, May 14, 2014 /CNW/ - Nonita Mole's story mirrors the stories of so many immigrants. A landed immigrant in Canada on June 20, 2013, Nonita was nominated by a distant relative and landed in Winnipeg City with two pieces of baggage, leaving behind family and friends to get a shot at the Canadian dream.
"For the past ten years, I have been delivering motivation and inspiration through the 7 Success Secrets for Canadian Immigrants seminars and videos. This year we turn the spotlight on immigrants and ask - What's your secret? We hope these secrets will inspire immigrants across the country." says Nick Noorani, Managing Partner of Prepare for Canada.
Nonita Mole says "My secret is in falling in love with (Canada) where I am now. It is the third of the 7 success secrets for Canada Immigrants. It is in accepting and feeling affectionate with my new world, friends, work and home that I see beauty in all aspects, become happier and determined to pursue my goal and become inspired to face the different challenges in life."
Prepare for Canada launched this contest last month asking immigrants to share their stories and win $1000 by entering the "What's Your Secret" contest. The contest runs from April to December of this year and is open to all Canadian residents who were born outside of Canada.
"Prepare for Canada" (www.prepareforcanada.com) helps skilled immigrant professionals to prepare for success in Canada by delivering seminars, webinars and information on job preparedness and settlement first steps, operating overseas and in-Canada through online and in-person activities.
