Walton International Group Inc. Invitation for Proposals

CALGARY, June 8, 2017 /CNW/ - Ernst & Young Inc., in its capacity as Court-appointed monitor (the "Monitor") of Walton International Group Inc. along with other entities (collectively, the "Walton CCAA Entities"), is seeking proposals for the sale of, or investment in certain residential and industrial land development projects located in Alberta and Ontario pursuant to a Sale and Investment Solicitation Process ("SISP") approved by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta on May 9, 2017.

A Confidential Information Memorandum ("CIM") has been prepared by the Monitor and the Walton CCAA Entities and is available to those parties that have expressed a wish to participate in the sales or investment process and have delivered   to the Monitor a non-disclosure agreement ("NDA") in a form acceptable to the Monitor and the Walton CCAA Entities. Additional information on the sales process, including a copy of the SISP and  a downloadable version of the NDA, can be found at the Monitor's restructuring document centre at www.ey.com/ca/wigi.

The Bid deadline for non-binding offers is 5:00 PM (Calgary time) on July 25, 2017.
