A total of 45,973,866 common shares representing 60.18% of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the meeting. After approving an increase in the maximum number of directors to eleven, all of the nominees proposed as directors were duly elected as directors of the Corporation by a majority of votes cast by the shareholders present or represented at the meeting as follows:
