VidantaWorld Unveils the World's First Luxury Theme Park, VidantaWorld's BON Luxury Theme Park, at WTM London 2026
Born in Mexico and built for the world, VidantaWorld's BON brings together world-class attractions, immersive worlds and exceptional hospitality to introduce a new category of theme park.
LONDON, Nov. 6, 2026 /CNW/ -- VidantaWorld, Grupo Vidanta's luxury tourism and entertainment platform, unveiled VidantaWorld's BON (Beauty of Nature), the world's first luxury theme park, to the international travel industry at World Travel Market London 2026. Located at VidantaWorld Vallarta – Nuevo Nayarit, Mexico, BON began its phased Private Soft Opening on October 24, exclusively for VidantaWorld guests, ahead of its public opening in 2027.
Representing an investment of approximately USD 1.5 billion, BON reimagines the traditional theme park by bringing together thrilling attractions, immersive environments, original characters, dining and luxury hospitality. Designed for multiple generations to enjoy together, the park offers a different rhythm: more space, more time and personalized service, rather than a more rushed experience.
Its name, Beauty of Nature, captures the creative vision behind the park. Inspired by Mexico's extraordinary landscapes, jungles, lagoons and mythology, BON introduces an original universe of stories and characters across seven themed worlds, rather than relying on established franchises. Developed with eight leading attraction manufacturers, the completed park will feature more than 20 attractions, alongside restaurants, lounges and boutiques.
During the Private Soft Opening, BON operates from 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, with intentionally limited capacity. Guests can explore the first themed worlds as the park gradually introduces new experiences.
"For decades, theme parks have taught us to think in terms of more attractions, more people and more rush. With BON we wanted to propose something different: more space, more time, more service and the freedom to experience everything at your own pace. That is our way of understanding luxury, and we believe it can open an entirely new category for the industry," said Iván Chávez, Executive Vice President of Grupo Vidanta.
BON is part of a broader destination experience. VidantaWorld's portfolio includes more than 13 luxury hospitality brands, such as The Estates and Grand Luxxe; seven golf courses; Jungala Aqua Experience; VidantaWorld Concert Series; the mega-yacht VidantaWorld's ELEGANT; and two resident Cirque du Soleil productions.
Among them is Cirque du Soleil LUDÕ, created as an integral part of BON's universe. Featuring more than 40 artists from over 20 countries, the production combines live performance, visual storytelling and dining in a purpose-built theater within the park. It is booked separately from park admission. Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ, the group's first resident production with Grupo Vidanta, has been staged at VidantaWorld Riviera Maya since 2014.
This guest-exclusive phase is an essential part of the progressive opening. Guests staying at VidantaWorld can purchase tickets to visit BON during their stay. In this way, the comfort of a luxury vacation in Mexico connects with adventure and entertainment.
The presentation in London introduces the industry not only to a new theme park, but also to the full scope of VidantaWorld: a Mexican platform with decades of experience, its own infrastructure and an integrated vision of luxury travel.
Looking ahead, BON will continue to introduce new worlds, attractions and experiences before welcoming the general public in 2027. This next chapter will enable travel advisors, tour operators and other industry partners to bring international visitors to a destination combining theme park entertainment with luxury accommodations, golf, beaches, dining and live shows.
