TORONTO, April 30, 2015 /CNW/ - VersaPay Corporation (TSXV:VPY) ("VersaPay" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has amended the terms of its previously announced private placement bought deal offering (the "Offering") of units of VersaPay ("Units") to increase the size of the underwriters' option by 171,430 Units and that the Underwriters have elected to exercise the upsized underwriters' option (the "Underwriters' Option") and purchase from VersaPay an additional 600,001 Units. As a result of the increase and the exercise of the Underwriters' Option, a syndicate of underwriters led by Haywood Securities Inc. and including Cormark Securities Inc. shall purchase for resale to substituted purchasers, on a bought deal private placement basis, an aggregate of 3,457,144 Units at a price of $1.40 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the Corporation of $4,840,001.60.
