TORONTO, March 23, 2017 /CNW/ - VersaPay Corporation (TSXV: VPY) ("VersaPay" or the "Company"), a leading provider of cloud-based invoicing, accounts receivable management and payment solutions, today announced the Company has granted incentive stock options to officers and employees of the Company to purchase up to 200,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company under its share option plan. Each option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $1.43, and will expire on March 23rd, 2022. The Company also announces it has granted 81,429 restricted share units ("RSUs") to certain officer and employees of the Company in accordance with its RSU plan.
The options and RSUs granted are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable hold and Company vesting periods.
