Veridian launches new user-friendly customer portal - my.veridian

AJAX, ON, March 17, 2014 /CNW/ - Veridian Connections launched today "my.veridian", a user-friendly customer portal that enables homeowners and small business customers to monitor and manage their electricity use patterns, download conservation and educational material, view and pay bills, link accounts and more.

The new portal is an engagement tool that was developed with the precise needs of Veridian's customers in mind. my.veridian gives users direct, secure, web-based access to their account information and the ability to address account questions without having to contact Veridian's Call Centre.

Access to time-of-use information and the ability to view and pay bills that customers had through Veridian's eCare and eBill services will be consolidated under one login with my.veridian.
