The new portal is an engagement tool that was developed with the precise needs of Veridian's customers in mind. my.veridian gives users direct, secure, web-based access to their account information and the ability to address account questions without having to contact Veridian's Call Centre.

Access to time-of-use information and the ability to view and pay bills that customers had through Veridian's eCare and eBill services will be consolidated under one login with my.veridian.
