TORONTO, March 2, 2017 /CNW/ - Vectio Technologies Inc. ("Vectio Technologies" or the "Company"), a software company developing solutions for trucking operations management, today announced major updates to its lead product, Vectio, including a redesigned interface and effective new features for managing trucking operations.
The initial roll-out of Vectio 2.0 targets three operational areas: sales, dispatch, and invoicing. The new quote-making system centralizes sales inputs, improving the salesperson's responsiveness to their customers. The new visual dispatch overview provides the dispatcher with immediate and complete visibility into the status of their fleet, and the ability to rapidly resolve over-the-road issues. The invoicing process is enhanced with activity reports, ensuring users get paid for the work they do.
"Vectio 2.0 delivers compelling functionality that will increase the productivity of our customers," said Fil Marinkovic, CEO of Vectio Technologies. "Additionally, this release introduces the framework for the future updates we envision, which will continue to serve our goal of delivering enterprise-level operational efficiency to smaller carriers."
Upcoming additions to Vectio 2.0 will involve other operational areas, including compliance, over-the-road, asset management, and human resources.
Vectio 2.0 under the hood:
- Data Sponging: Every user entry is stored and used for future reference, providing the user with suggested inputs and actions that improve in relevance with each use.
- Upstream Sweep: The conventional one-way operational workflow gets verified with a balancing counter-flow of information, empowering smarter upstream decisions.
- Surfacing: Sub- and sup-optimal occurrences and anomalies are reported to the user, by fishing out discrepancies and patterns in the data.
- Visual Ranking: Information is ranked by urgency, prompting attention to important tasks, and saving less important matters for later.
Pricing and availability
Vectio 2.0, available today, is free to use for the first two user accounts. Companies with more than two user accounts can purchase a $99 per user monthly subscription or a $588 per user annual subscription through Vectio Technologies' website.
