Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre Files Claim in the Supreme Court of B.C.

VANCOUVER, March 22, 2012 /CNW/ - On March 13, the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre (VHFC) advised that it intended to commence legal proceedings against the BC Pavilion Corporation (PAVCO) in relation to the new Vancouver harbour seaplane facility.   A Notice of Civil Claim by VHFC against PAVCO, Harbour Air Ltd., Harbour Air Seaplanes LLP, Greg MacDougall, Randy Wright and the Vancouver Commercial Seaplane Operators Association for damages and other relief was filed today in the Vancouver Registry of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
