Vancouver Cosmetic Dentist Accepting Bitcoin for Dentistry

Dentistry can be both a necessity and a luxury with patients shopping for everything from a basic exam to full mouth makeovers. We have to be proactive in our adaption of the currency options our local and international patients embrace.'

Vancouver is a hotbed for the computer and software industry, with a population that relies on digital technology. It's a perfect fit for Dr. Lowe, with clients that are truly international. When asked about the volatility of the Bitcoin currency, he said 'There are no currency guarantees for any business, even dentistry. When a client was in my chair recently and wanted to know if he could settle his account with Bitcoin, I had to investigate. I know a practitioner who accepted a side of beef from a local farmer who sent his family for dental work. This is a modern version of the same - accepting something of value for a professional service.'
