U.S. Court Ruled in Favor of WORDLOGIC CORP. versus TOUCHTYPE, INC. dba SWIFTKEY
VANCOUVER, Nov. 6, 2015 /CNW/ - WordLogic Corp. (OTCQB:WLGC), the predictive intelligence technology company, is pleased to announce that on November 4, 2015, United States District Judge Janis L. Sammartino ruled in against Touchtype, Inc., dba SWIFTKEY, in their partial motion to dismiss WordLogic's claim of infringement of U.S. Patent No. 8,552,984. The Court has ordered a settlement conference on January 25, 2016, requiring the attendance of someone with the authority for each party to settle the case.
