UrtheCast Announces Voting Results of 2016 Annual General and Special Meeting
VANCOUVER, May 11, 2016 /CNW/ - UrtheCast Corp. (TSX:UR) ("UrtheCast" or the "Company"), in accordance with the requirements of the Toronto Stock Exchange, today announces that the six nominees listed in its management proxy circular dated April 5, 2016, were elected as directors of the Company. The detailed results of the vote held at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") on May 10, 2016 in Vancouver, British Columbia, are set out below.
A total of 39,217,535 common shares were voted in connection with the Meeting, representing approximately 38.10% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. On a vote by ballot, each of the following nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of UrtheCast to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed:

The resolution relating to the ratification of UrtheCast's shareholder rights plan was approved. The resolution relating to the ratification of the amended and restated equity incentive plan was approved.
