Uniban Canada, leader in the automotive glass industry, today announces they have acquired the majority shares of Neuromage, holders of the brand and franchise rights of the Docteur Du Pare-Brise (DPB) network. Counting 55 stores across the province of Quebec, DPB services focus mainly on auto glass, tires and vehicle accessories.
This transaction continues a series of strategic acquisitions aimed at reinforcing Uniban Canada's leadership position in the automotive aftermarket industry in Canada. Following a long-standing partnership with Les Entreprises Robert Thibert, this acquisition comes from a shared vision of a changing industry.
