HAWTHORNE, N.Y., Jan. 11, 2016 /CNW/ -- Ultimate Beverage Challenge LLC (UBC), announces that entries are now being accepted for Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2016 (USC) and Ultimate Wine Challenge 2016 (UWC).

Ultimate SPIRITS Challenge 2016

• Entry fee - $495.00 per individual spirit.
• Deadline for receipt of entry form, product and payment is February 26, 2016.
• All Spirits entries are judged blind in small category flights by the world's top spirits experts, led by award-winning journalist, author and educator F. Paul Pacult.
• Cocktails: Suitable products, such as gins, unflavored vodkas, tequilas, etc., are tasted straight AND are also evaluated in a category-relevant cocktail.
• No importer? No problem! We will provide the necessary documentation for U.S. Customs.

Ultimate WINE Challenge 2016

• Entry fee - $95.00 per individual wine.
• Deadline for receipt of UWC entry form, product and payment is April 29, 2016.
• All Wine entries are judged blind in small category flights by the world's foremost wine authorities, led by F. Paul Pacult.
• No importer? No problem! We will provide the necessary documentation for U.S. Customs.

All entries to USC and UWC are rated on the easy-to-understand 100-point scale. Judging takes place at UBC's Evaluation Center, located in Hawthorne, New York.
