AJAX, Ontario, Nov. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - U-Haul Moving and Storage of Ajax is now open for business. The U-Haul Company of Eastern Ontario has expanded its network of moving and self-storage locations with the purchase of a 38,400 square foot warehouse facility at 239 Station Street in Ajax.

The new U-Haul Moving and Storage of Ajax will feature traditional equipment truck and trailer rentals along with U-Box portable moving and storage pods. The center also will be selling a wide variety of environmentally friendly packing supplies: boxes made out of recyclable materials, 100 percent biodegradable packing peanuts and moving pads made from recycled denim. Also on site will be a Take a Box/Leave a Box display, which allows customers or anyone in the community to leave moving boxes or unwanted electronics boxes for another customer to reuse for free, instead of throwing them away or recycling them.

There is still much more to do with this facility, and soon U-Haul Moving and Storage of Ajax will be offering self-storage to the community.
