("Aquapraxis") and Hirschfield Williams Timmins Ltd. ("HWT"), two specialized engineering firms. HWT is a Victoria, British Columbia, based full service mechanical engineering firm specialized in building systems. Aquapraxis is a niche firm based in Laval, Québec, which offers recognized expertise in the areas of urban hydrology, urban networks and water resource management. These acquisitions add 27 people to the Fund.
