Tweed Marijuana Inc. clarifies name of licensed producer
OTTAWA, Aug. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Tweed Marijuana Inc. (TSXV: TWD) ("Tweed" or the "Company"), would like to clarify that its Health Canada license to produce marijuana under the MMPR was issued to Prime1 Construction Services Corp., doing business as Park Lane Farms ("Tweed Farms"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Any reference to production activities at the Company's Niagara-on-the-Lake facility are being undertaken by the Park Lane Farms subsidiary.
