TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a share purchase agreement dated effective February 21, 2019 (the "Agreement") between Altair Resources Inc. ("Altair") an International Silver Inc. ("International Silver") under which Altair will sell its U.S. subsidiary, Altair Mining Inc. ("US Sub"), to International Silver.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Altair has agreed to sell US Sub for $240,000, 5,000,000 shares of International Silver and a 2% NSR on the production from both the Prince and Pan American mines. The cash payment will be settled by Harold (Roy) Shipes, Chief Executive Officer of both Altair and International Silver by way of forgiveness of a debt owing to him by Altair. The sale of US Sub will eliminate significant commitments and contingencies of Altair related to the acquisitions of the Prince and Pan American Mines and the Caselton Concentrator of approximately US$4.9M.

The Exchange has been advised that approval of the transaction by the Altair shareholders was received at a special meeting of shareholders held on April 12, 2019.  The full particulars of the transaction are set forth in the Altair's Management Proxy Circular, dated as of March 13, 2019, which is available under the Altair profile on SEDAR.

Insider / Pro Group Participation:  Mr. Shipes is a Director, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Altair and the Chief Executive Officer of International Silver.
