TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a Mineral Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") dated September 11, 2018, between Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc. (the "Company") and Canadian Palladium Resources Inc. (formally Declan Cobalt Inc.) - an arm's length party to the Company (the "Vendor"), whereby the Company has agreed to acquire a 100% right, title and interest in two (2) mineral claims (the "Turner Lake Claims"), near Bathurst Inlet in the Kitikmeot District of Western Nunavut.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will make aggregate payments of $46,720.79 and issue 1,000,000 common shares to the Vendor to earn the full interest in the Claims.
Additionally, the original property owners will retain a 1% net smelter return royalty on commercial production from the Claims, which may be purchased by the Company for $1,000,000.
