TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing CanadaBis Capital Inc.'s ("CanadaBis" or the "Company") Qualifying Transaction described in its filing statement dated April 1, 2019 (the "Filing Statement").  As a result, effective at the opening on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, the trading symbol for the Company will change from CANB.P to CANB and the Company will no longer be considered a Capital Pool Company and will be listed as a Tier 2 Life Sciences issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange.

1. Qualifying Transaction-Completed

Pursuant to the amalgamation agreement dated October 1, 2018 (the "Amalgamation Agreement") CanadaBis issued 96,336,286 common shares to 1926360 Alberta Ltd. ("Stigma") shareholders on a 1:1 basis including the private placement shares described below.

Stigma's wholly-owned subsidiary, 1998643 Alberta Ltd. is an Alberta company that holds a Cultivation and Processing License from Health Canada with an effective date of March 8, 2019.

2. Private Placement-Non-Brokered:

In connection with the Qualifying Transaction, Stigma completed a non-brokered private placement by issuing 750,000 units at $0.50 per unit and 6,016,286 units at $0.50 per unit, for combined gross proceeds of $3,813,143.  Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one purchase warrant with each whole warrant exercisable into one common share for 12 months upon payment by the holder of $1.00 per share.

Effective at the opening on April 30th, 2019, the common shares of Stigma will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange Inc.  The company is classified as a 'life science' company.
