TSX Venture Exchange "has accepted for filing Knol Resources Corp. Reverse Takeover, which includes the following transaction:

Pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement dated April 29, 2019 (the "Agreement") between the Company and Freckle I.O.T. Ltd. ("Freckle"), the Company has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Freckle.
