The facilities may be drawn down in multiple tranches for an aggregate principle amount of $2,000,000. The first tranche drawdown was in the principal amount of $500,000 (the "First Tranche") split evenly between each of the Lenders' facilities.  The loans bear interest of 14% per annum and will mature in six months.
