("MMPL") dated April 11, 2017 whereby the previously option financing agreement has been revised.  The cash consideration and exploration expenditures will be financed by MMPL while the Company will issue 2,250,000 common shares to Strider in annual installments of 500,000 shares ending in April, 2021.  MMPL's option to acquire up to a 95% interest in the Property has been reduced such that the Company will retain a 20% interest.

TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing the documentation relating to arm's length option agreements dated March 20, 2017 in connection with the grant to Société d'exploration minière Vior inc. (the "Company") of a 100% interest in 15 claims located in the Cuvillier and Verneuil townships areas of Quebec in consideration on signing of cash payments of $90,000 and the issuance of 360,477 common shares having a deemed value of $65,000. After 15 months, the Company can elect to pay an additional $60,000 in cash and issue the equivalent of $65,000 in shares (up to a maximum of 1,300,000 additional common shares) in order to earn its 100% in the 15 claims. The vendors will retain a 2% NSR royalty in the properties.

Bourse de croissance TSX (la « Bourse ») a accepté le dépôt de documents relativement à des conventions d'option datées du 22 mars 2017 auprès de personnes sans lien de dépendance relativement à l'octroi à Société d'exploration minière Vior inc. (la "société") d'une option d'acquérir un intérêt de 100% dans 15 claims miniers situés dans les cantons Cuvillier et Verneuil dans la province de Québec, pour une considération payable à la signature de 90 000 $ en espèces et l'émission de 360 477 actions ordinaires ayant une valeur réputée de 65 000 $. Après 15 mois, la société aura l'option de payer une somme additionnelle de 60 000 $ en espèces et émettre l'équivalent de 65 000 $ en actions (jusqu'à un maximum de 1 300 000 actions ordinaires additionnelles) afin d'acquérir sa participation de 100% dans les 15 claims miniers. Les vendeurs conserveront une royauté de 2% NSR dans les propriétés.
