Bourse de croissance TSX a accepté le dépôt de documents relativement à une entente datée du 23 janvier 2017, concernant la ré-acquisition par la société d'un intérêt de 49 % dans le projet Balandougou Gold situé à Guinée. L'intérêt est acquis de la société UltraGold Holding LLC (« UltraGold »).

La considération payable par la société sera de l'émission de 750 000 d'actions ordinaires de la société. UltraGold conservera une royauté « NSR » de 1.5 % jusqu'un maximum de 3 000 000 $US.
