TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a Letter of Intent dated September 12, 2016 between the Company and Radius Gold Inc. whereby the Company has been granted an option to acquire an interest in three lithium brine exploration projects ("Projects") located in northwest Mexico.  The terms include a First Option to earn a 55% interest in the Projects in consideration of $75,000, an aggregate of 1,000,000 common shares and a cumulative minimum of $1,500,000 in exploration expenditures within a three year period.  Upon the exercise of the First Option, the Company may elect to either form a 55/45 joint venture with Radius Gold or be granted a Second Option to earn an additional 15% interest in the Project, which is subject to the completion of a NI 43-101 compliant preliminary feasibility study.  Upon exercising a Second Option the parties will form a 70/30 joint venture.  The Company has the right for a period of 60 days after the exercise to purchase Radius Gold's 30% interest in exchange for an amount to be determined by an independent valuation.
