TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that closing occurred on September 2, 2016  for gross proceeds of $7,017,300 (including $915,300 of the over-allotment option exercised to date).

Share Price:

$1.13 per share



Underwriters' Fee:

A cash fee of $421,038 has been paid to the Underwriters.



Over-Allotment Option:

The Underwriters have been granted an over-allotment option of the shares in connection with this offering.  The Underwriters were granted an option to arrange for the sale of up to an additional 810,000 common shares (being 15% of that number of shares sold pursuant to the offering), at any time up to 30 days after the closing of the offering. The above noted Underwriters' Fee is also applicable to the Over-Allotment Option.
