TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an arm's length Property Purchase Agreement dated May 26, 2016, in connection with the acquisition by MDN inc. (the ''Company'') of 100% interest in Argor Property located in the James Bay Lowlands in Northern Ontario, in consideration of 5,000,000 common shares and the payment in cash of $25,000. The vendors have retained a 2% NSR royalty over all minerals produced from the property, of which the Company has the right to buy-back 1% of the royalty for the sum of $2,000,000 (in constant 2016 dollars, subject to a cap of $3,000,000) at any time. The vendors have the right to re-acquire a 51% interest in the property (the "Back-in Right") in certain circumstances, upon payment by the vendors to the Company of 2.5 times the Company's expenditures incurred on the property. The Back-In Right does not apply to the niobium content.

Les vendeurs ont conservé une redevance NSR de 2 % sur tous les minéraux produits de la propriété, dont 1% est rachetable pour la somme de 2 000 000 $ (en dollars constants de 2016, sujet à un maximum de 3 000 000 $) en tout temps.  Les vendeurs ont le droit de se réapproprier un intérêt de 51% dans la propriété dans certaines circonstances en échange du remboursement à la société de 2,5 fois les dépenses effectuées par la société sur la propriété. Ce droit ne touche pas les ressources de niobium.
