As of January 13, 2016, the Company is subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX policies.

The trading symbol for the Company will change from GES to GES.H.  There is no change in the Company's name, no change in its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital.  The symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX Venture market.

(the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation in connection with an Amalgamation Agreement dated January 11, 2016 (the "Agreement") between Thundermin Resources Inc. (the "Company") and 2496825 Ontario Inc. (the "Subco"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rambler Metals and Mining Plc ("Rambler") (TSXV: RAB), a TSX Venture listed company.  Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall amalgamate with the Subco by way of a three cornered amalgamation resulting in the consolidation of the assets under one corporate structure. Shareholders of the Company will receive approximately 0.061261 common shares of Rambler for every one (1) common share held.

The Exchange has been advised that approval of the transaction by the Company's shareholders was received at an annual and special meeting of the shareholders held on December 21, 2015.

Delisting:

Effective at the close of business, Tuesday, January 12, 2016, the common shares of Thundermin Resources Inc. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
