Further to the TSX Venture Exchange ('TSXV') Bulletin dated December 15, 2015 and the Company's press release dated December 21, 2015, effective at the opening on Thursday, December 24, 2015, trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended for failure to maintain Exchange requirements.

In accordance with TSX Venture Policy 2.5, the Company has not maintained the requirements for a TSX Venture Tier 2 company.  Therefore, effective on Thursday, December 24, 2015, the Company's listing will transfer to NEX, the Company's Tier classification will change from Tier 2 to NEX, and the Filing and Service Office will change from Montreal to NEX.

As of December 24, 2015, the Company is subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX policies.

The trading symbol for the Company will change from EY to EY.H.  There is no change in the Company's name, no change in its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital.  The symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX Venture market.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a subscription agreement dated December 23, 2015 between the Company and Vital Alert Communication Inc. ("VA") for 25,999,568 Series A preferred shares in the capital of VA for USD2,000,000.

Courtenay Wolfe, the Executive Chair of the Company, holds common shares, and options to acquire common shares and preferred shares of VA equal to approximately 26.54% and 24.60% of the voting shares of VA on an undiluted and fully-diluted basis respectively.

Harrington Global Limited ("Harrington"), which holds 24.47% of the common shares of the Company, holds common shares and preferred shares of VA equal to approximately 40.30% and 35.36% of the voting shares of VA on an undiluted and fully-diluted basis respectively.  Harrington has also advanced to VA an interest-bearing loan in the amount of CAD150,000 due on May 20, 2016.
