Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, the common shares of Adanac Molybdenum Corp. ("Adanac") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange.  The delisting of Adanac shares results from a Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement"), dated October 13, 2015, between Adanac and WBOX 2015-4 Ltd. ("WBOX"), whereby WBOX has acquired 100% of Adanac's issued and outstanding common shares, other than the Adanac shares owned by affiliates of WBOX, for $350,000 (the "Purchase Price").

Pursuant to the Arrangement, Adanac has also distributed $4.27 million in cash to Adanac shareholders as a return of capital (the "Distribution").  The Purchase Price and Distribution will be delivered to Adanac shareholders on a pro-rata basis by Computershare Trust Company of Canada.  On a combined basis, the Purchase Price and Distribution represent a cash consideration of approximately $0.1837 per Adanac share, subject to exception in the case of WBOX affiliates, which will only receive approximately $0.1677 per Adanac share.

Pursuant to the Warrant Incentive Program, each of the holders of Warrants that exercised warrants during an early exercise period (the "Early Exercise Period") received an additional warrant entitling such holder to acquire one-quarter (1/4) of a common share of the Company exercisable at an exercise price of Ninety-Five Cents ($0.95) per Common Share, at any time prior to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on the 31st day of August, 2016 (collectively, the "New Warrants").
