    TSX Venture Exchange Inc. has approved Bard Venture Ltd.'s (the "Company")
proposed Plan of Arrangement under section 289 of the Business Corporations
Act (British Columbia). The Plan of Arrangement was approved by a special
resolution passed by the Company's shareholders at a meeting held on February
24, 2010. The Exchange has been advised that the Plan of Arrangement and
transactions involved therewith will close and be given effect on March 16,
2010.
    The Plan of Arrangement, which is fully described in the Company's
Information Circular dated January 20, 2010, is designed to allow the Company
to continue to focus its resources on the Lone Pine Molybdenum Property, and
to facilitate further exploration of the Opikeigen Gold Property (the
"Property") by transferring the Property and $250,000 cash to Beatrix Ventures
Inc. ("Beatrix"), a new company which was incorporated for the purposes of the
Plan of Arrangement. In consideration for the transfer of the Property and
$250,000 cash to Beatrix from the Company, Beatrix will issue approximately
9,670,685 Beatrix Shares to the Company, and assume all of the Company's
obligations in respect of the Opikeigen Gold Property.
    On the Record Date, the Company will distribute to the Company's
Shareholders for every ten (10) Company Shares held as at the Record, one (1)
Beatrix share.
