    TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection
with an Option/Joint Venture Agreement dated September 24, 2009 between the
Company and Klondike Gold Corp. whereby the Company can earn up to a 60%
interest in the Ron Gold property located near Nelson, British Columbia.
Consideration is $200,000 payable in tranches of $50,000 over four years, the
issuance of 100,000 common shares in the first year and exploration
expenditures of $650,000 over a four year period.
    The agreement is subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty with a third
party of which the Company may purchase 1.5% from the original owner for
$500,000 subject to further Exchange review and acceptance. Klondike also
holds an additional royalty equal to 1% of the net smelter returns (a second
royalty interest) of which the Company may purchase for $500,000 subject to
further Exchange review and acceptance.

option agreement between Benton Resources Corp. (the "Company") and Deloro
Mining and Smelting Ltd. ("Deloro") dated September 4, 2009 (the "Agreement")
under which Deloro has granted to the Company an option (the "Option") to
acquire a 100% interest in Deloro's interest in Patented Mining Claims ME41
and ME43 and Staked Mining Claim 4220331 (the "Property") in the Deloro
Township, Timmins, Ontario. In order to exercise the Option the Company must:

    1.  pay to Deloro $60,000 and issue 400,000 common shares to Deloro upon
        issuance of this bulletin;
    2.  issue 500,000 common shares to Deloro on September 4, 2010; and
    3.  issue 600,000 common shares to Deloro on September 4, 2011.

    The Property is subject to a 2.5% net smelter return of which 0.5%
relating to Patented Mining Claims ME41 and ME43 may be repurchased by the
Company for $500,000.

Creek, Oklahoma. As consideration for granting the Option, Morgan has paid to
the Company a US$50,000 non-refundable deposit. In order to exercise the

    TSX Venture Exchange has accepted an Option Agreement dated July 20, 2009
(the "Agreement") among Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (the "Company"),
and Noront Resources Ltd. ("Noront"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company
has the right to earn from Noront a 75% interest in the Windfall Lake property
(the "Property"), and a Royalty Option to purchase certain royalties in the
Property, and if Noront elects, a 100% interest, subject to a 2% smelter
royalty in favour of Noront, through expenditures and cash payments as noted
below. Noront owns a 100% registered and beneficial interest in the Property
located in the Chibougamau Mining District in Urban Township (Abitibi Region),
Quebec.
    In order to earn a 75% interest in the Property the aggregate
consideration payable by the Company to Noront is $1,000,000 cash over a
period of 3 years ($400,000 cash in the first year). In addition, the Company
must incur aggregate exploration expenditures of $5,000,000 over a period of 3
years ($500,000 of exploration expenditures in the first year).
    The Company will then have the right to acquire the remaining 25% interest
in the Property from Noront as described in the Company's news release dated
July 21, 2009 available on SEDAR.
    An aggregate finder's fee of $252,500 cash will be payable to Union
Securities Ltd. in connection with the transaction. The finder's fee will be
paid in tranches ($37,500 cash in the first year) as permitted by TSX Venture
Exchange policy.

    TSX Venture Exchange has accepted an Option Agreement dated June 26, 2009
(the "Agreement") among Golden Reign Resources Ltd. (the "Company"), and Mr.
Frank Mena Marenco (the "Vendor"), a Nicaraguan citizen and 100% owner of
Nicoz Resources, S.A. ("Nicoz"). Nicoz's principal asset is an undivided 100%
interest in and to the San Albino-Murra mining concession (the "Property")
located in the Department of Segovia, northwestern Nicaragua. Pursuant to the
Agreement, the Company has the right acquire 80% of the issued and outstanding
share capital of Nicoz from the Vendor via cash and share payments and
exploration expenditures as noted below.
    The aggregate consideration payable by the Company to the Vendor over a 4
year period is:

    -   US$450,000 cash (US$210,000 cash within the 1st year);
    -   4,000,000 common shares (2,000,000 shares within the 1st year); and
    -   In addition, the Company must incur aggregate exploration
        expenditures on the Property of US$5,000,000 (US$200,000 of
        exploration expenditures within the first year).
