The TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted documentation in connection with an option agreement between Berkwood Resources Ltd. ("Berkwood") and Westhaven Ventures Ltd. ("Westhaven") dated September 21, 2015 (the "Agreement").

Under the terms of the Agreement, Westhaven can acquire a 70% interest in Berkwood's Prospect Valley Property (the "Property") located near the town of Merritt, British Columbia.  As consideration, Westhaven paid Berkwood CAD$20,000 on signing of the Agreement. On or before November 25, 2015, Westhaven may then exercise the option by making a second and final payment to Berkwood of CAD$80,000 and the issuance of 500,000 Westhaven shares to Berkwood. Under the Agreement, Berkwood may not sell the 500,000 Westhaven shares for a period of five years after the signing of the Agreement or until 5,000 tonnes of rock are mined from the Property, whichever is sooner. Westhaven also has a right of first offer for Berkwood's remaining interest in the Property should Berkwood decide to sell its remaining interest in the future.

Pursuant to the Agreement, the original terms to acquire the Remaining Interest under the option agreement dated November 4, 2013 between Discovery, Roca and FortyTwo, being a $3,300,000 payment and issuance of 2,500,000 shares of Discovery will be terminated.
