Warrant Expiry-Delist:

Effective at the opening, Wednesday, September 16, 2015, the Share Purchase Warrants of the Company will trade for cash.  The Warrants expire at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on September 21, 2015 and will therefore be delisted at the close of business September 21, 2015.
