TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an Arrangement Agreement (the "Agreement"), dated June 23, 2015 between Bedrocan Cannabis Corp. ("Bedrocan"), a TSX Venture listed company and Tweed Marijuana Inc. (the "Company"), whereby the Company has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Bedrocan by way of a Plan of Arrangement. Shareholders of Bedrocan will receive 0.465 common shares of the Company for every one (1) common share held.

As a result of the transaction, the Company will issue an aggregate of approximately 33,999,638 common shares to Bedrocan shareholders.
