The trading symbol for the Company will change from ANA to ANA.H.  There is no change in the Company's name, no change in its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital.  The symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX Venture market.

Further to the TSX Venture bulletin dated May 8, 2015, trading in the shares of the Company will remain suspended.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation of Sphinx Resources Ltd. (the "Company") relating to an acquisition agreement between the Company and Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. ("Globex") dated June 15, 2015, for the acquisition of 100% interest in the Somanike project composed of 7 claims in Preissac township, Québec.

Pursuant to the agreement, the Company will acquire a 100% interest in in the Somanike project, in consideration of 1,200,000 common shares of the Company, an amount of $500,000 in exploration expenditures over five years and an up to 2% graduated GMR to Globex.

Bourse de croissance TSX a accepté le dépôt de documents de Ressources Sphinx Ltée. (la « société ») relativement à une convention d'achat entre la société et Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. (« Globex ») datée du 15 juin 2015 pour acquérir 100% d'intérêt dans le projet Somanike composé de 7 claims à Preissac, Québec.

Selon les termes de l'entente, la société va acquérir un intérêt de 100% dans le projet Somanike, en considération de 1 200 000 actions ordinaires de la société, des dépenses d'exploration totalisant 500 000 $ sur une période de cinq ans et une redevance graduelle GMR de 2 % à Globex.

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant a Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") between Zaio Corporation (the "Company") and Valuation Vision, LLC ("Valuation"), whereby the Company acquired all the assets and certain liabilities of Valuation.  In consideration, the Company paid the shareholders of Valuation US$750,000 in cash and an aggregate of 13,333,333 common shares of the Company ("Shares") at a deemed price per Share of $0.15.  The cash balance and 5,333,333 Shares was paid on December 15, 2014 and the remaining 8,000,000 Shares was issued upon closing on May 29, 2015.
