BULLETIN TYPE: Delist
BULLETIN DATE: June 22, 2015
TSX Venture Tier 2 Company

Further to the Company's news release dated March 31, 2015 and the material change report dated June 2, 2015 that is available on SEDAR, the common shares of Groupe Bikini Village Inc. (the "Company") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange effective at the close of business on Monday, June 22, 2015.
