Plan of Arrangement
TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to a Court approved plan of arrangement dated October 21, 2014, as amended and restated effective November 20, 2014 (the "Arrangement"), between Contact Exploration Inc. ("Contact") and Donnycreek Energy Inc. ("Donnycreek").  Approval of the Arrangement was obtained from shareholders and option-holders of both Contact and Donnycreek at a joint Annual and Special Meeting of Securityholders held on December 19, 2014.  Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement, Contact and Donnycreek will amalgamate to form an amalgamated entity named Kicking Horse Energy Inc. ("Kicking Horse"), which will assume Contact's listing on the Exchange. Under the terms of the Arrangement, the shareholders of Contact will receive 0.075 of one common share of Kicking Horse (each, a "Kicking Horse Share") for each common share of Contact held and Donnycreek shareholders will receive 0.60 of a Kicking Horse Share for each Donnycreek common share held. Accordingly, an aggregate of 26,066,476 Kicking Horse Shares were issued to former Contact shareholders and an aggregate of 33,656,838 Kicking Horse Shares were issued to former Donnycreek shareholders, for a total of 59,723,314 Kicking Horse Shares issued pursuant to the Arrangement.

Effective at the open of business on Wednesday, December 24, 2014, the common shares of Donnycreek Energy Inc. will be delisted from the Exchange.
