TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation in connection with an arrangement agreement between American Consolidated Minerals Corp. ("American") and Starcore International Mines Ltd. ("Starcore") dated October 1, 2014 (the "Agreement") pursuant to which Starcore has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of American (the "Transaction").  Under the Agreement, each American shareholder will be entitled to receive one third of a Starcore common share for each common share of American held.

Delisting:
