TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing BHK Mining Corp.'s (formerly BHK Resources Inc.) ("Dome Gabon"), Silver Bull Resources, Inc ("Silver Bull") and Dome Ventures Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Silver Bull under which BHK Mining agreed to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Dome, a private British Virgin Islands company holding all of the issued and outstanding securities of Dome Gabon, a private Gabon company having an interest in a manganese-gold property located in Moyen Ogooue Province, Gabon, being the Ndjole Property for cash consideration in the amount of $1,500,000 (the "Transaction").

The Exchange has been advised that the Transaction has been completed.
