TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation of Fronsac Real Estate Investment Trust ("Fronsac") relating to an arm's length purchase offer (the "Offer") for the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Soginci Inc., a holding company which owns real estate properties, in consideration of $6,525,000 in cash at closing. In addition, the Offer provides for an adjustment clause to the purchase price based on working capital of Soginci Inc. at September 30, 2014.  That adjustment was estimated to represent an increase of $1,500,000 to the acquisition cost as at June 6, 2014.

A commission of $ 30,000 will be paid equally by the vendors and Fronsac to an arm's length real estate agent.

Bourse de croissance TSX a accepté le dépôt de la documentation de Fiducie de placement immobilier Fronsac (« Fronsac ») relativement à une offre d'achat d'actions (« l'offre ») auprès de personnes sans lien dépendance relativement à l'acquisition de toutes les actions émises et en circulation de Soginci Inc., une compagnie de gestion qui détient des propriétés immobilières, en considération de 6 525 000 $ payable en espèces à la clôture. De plus, l'offre prévoit une clause d'ajustement au prix d'achat basé sur le fonds de roulement de Soginci Inc. au 30 septembre 2014.
