TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to amendments to an option agreement between Cartier Resources Inc. ("Cartier") and SOQUEM inc. ("SOQUEM"), pursuant to which Cartier may acquire a 50% undivided interest in the Fenton gold deposit located southwest of the town of Chapais, in the province of Québec.

The amendments consists of three changes:  (1) The number of mining claims of the property has been reduced from 91 claims to 15 claims, (2) Extend the option agreement by three additional years ending on March 31, 2018, and (3) Cartier will have to issue an additional 150,000 common shares (50,000 shares on each anniversary date of the initial Option Agreement).

Underwriters Fee:

Over-Allotment Option:
