Further to the Company's press releases dated May 15, 2014 and July 14, 2014, the common shares of Ranaz Corporation (the "Company") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange effective at the close of business, Tuesday, July 15, 2014.

The delisting of the Company's common shares results from the completion of a reorganization by way of security consolidation approved by more than two-third of the shareholders of the Company and by the majority of the minority shareholders of the Company at the shareholders' meeting held on July 14, 2014.

Under the reorganization, all of the common shares of the Company were consolidated on the basis of 1 new common share for each 17,000,000 common shares. No fractional shares were issued following the consolidation. All fractional shares were repurchased by the Company for the sum of $0.01 for each pre-consolidation share. Following the consolidation, only 1 post-consolidation common share was issued to Fiducie Vanquish, which became the sole shareholder of the Company.

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated June 16, 2014 between Teuton Resources Corp. (the "Company") and Sabina Gold and Silver Corp.  ("Sabina") whereby the Company may acquire a 50% interest in the Del Norte Property located 25 miles east of Stewart, BC.

The consideration payable to Sabina is 500,000 common shares of the Company.  Sabina will retain a 1% net smelter return royalty, one-half of which may be repurchased for $1,000,000.
