TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an Amending Agreement (the "Agreement") dated June 12, 2014 between Vista Gold Corp. (the "Optioner") and Tri Origin Exploration Ltd. (the "Company").  The Agreement amends an Option Agreement dated January 20, 2010 in which the Company may earn a 100% interest in the North Abitibi gold project by incurring aggregate expenditures of $1,000,000 over a five year period.  Pursuant to the Option Agreement, once the Company has incurred expenditures of $2,000,000, the Optioner would have a take-back option for an undivided 51% upon providing written notice committing to incur an additional $4,000,000 over the subsequent 3 year period.

The Agreement extends the time period over which the Company must incur the $1,000,000 in exploration expenditures from January 20, 2015 to July 20, 2017.  In consideration, the Company shall issue 1,000,000 share purchase warrants (each exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.05 for a two year period) to the Optioner.
