Graduation from NEX to TSX Venture, Symbol Change
In conjunction with the above, and pursuant to the recent transaction undertaken while on NEX, the Company has met the requirements to be listed as a TSX Venture Tier 2 Company.  Therefore, effective on Thursday, June 19, 2014, the Company's listing will transfer from NEX to TSX Venture, the Company's Tier classification will change from NEX to Tier 2 and the Filing and Service Office will change from NEX to Vancouver.

Refer to the Exchange's bulletin dated January 17, 2014 and the Company's news releases dated January 16, 2014 and June 18, 2014, for further information.

Effective at the opening, on Thursday, June 19, 2014, the trading symbol for the Company will change from WSE.H to WSE.  The Company is now classified as an 'Oil and Gas' company.
