("BullRun").  The Exchange has accepted for filing an Amendment Agreement No. 2 between BullRun and the Company whereby the minimum exploration expenditures to be incurred between November 1, 2012 and October 31, 2013 will be waived in consideration of the issuance of 1,500,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.05 per share.

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated September 27, 2013 (the 'Agreement') between the Company and Christopher Delorme (the 'Optionor'). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company will acquire a 100% interest in certain minerals claims known as the Tyner Lake Property (the 'Property'). By way of consideration, the Company will make cash payments totalling $30,000 and will issue 500,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.15 per share. The Property is subject to a 2% NSR is favour of the Optionor, which may be repurchased by the Company for $2,000,000.
