The trading symbol for the Company will change from WPC to WPC.H.  There is no change in the Company's name, no change in its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital.  The symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX Venture market.

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated January 9, 2013, trading in the Company's securities will remain suspended.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.

Further to TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated May 11, 2010, the Exchange has accepted for filing, a Joint Venture Agreement dated as of July 30, 2013 between the Company and Duncan Park Holdings Corporation in connection with the Company's Dome Property following Duncan Park's earn-in of a 75% interest in the Dome Property pursuant to an Option Agreement dated March 7, 2010 between the Company and Duncan Park.  The initial participating interests in the joint venture are Duncan Park for 75% and the Company for 25%.  Duncan Park will be the operator of the project.
