These Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of a total of 620,000 shares with 620,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective July 12, 2012.

Correction

The Exchange bulletin of June 4, 2013 should have also specified the new expiry dates of the warrants as June 28, 2014 (1,300,000 warrants) and July 9, 2014 (712,500 warrants). The other elements of the bulletin of June 4, 2013, remain unchanged.
