Further to TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") Bulletin dated October 13, 2012, the Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an Amending Agreement (the "Agreement") dated February 19, 2013 which amends the letter agreement dated September 2, 2010, between Vendome Resources Corp. (the "Company") and Camsim Minas S.A. de C.V. (the "Optionor").  Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company has the option to acquire a 50% interest in the La Diana property located in the municipality of Malinaltepec, State of Guerrero, Mexico.

In consideration, the Company must pay an aggregate of $250,000, issue an additional 1,000,000 shares and incur $2,500,000 in exploration expenditures within a three year period.  The Agreement amends the letter agreement by increasing the number of shares issued from 3,000,000 shares to 4,000,000 shares and decreases the exploration expenditures from $3,000,000 to $2,500,000.
