The Company may earn an additional 20% interest in the Property by paying the Vendor an additional $500,000 following the fifth anniversary of the initial payment under the Agreement.

A finder's fee is payable to 2845351 Canada Inc. (Dominique Gendron). The finder will receive 352,083 shares at a deemed price of $0.18 per share.
